In order to achieve a high-quality and efficient application and compensation process, the insurance consultant will carry out the following activities in cooperation with the client:
- Agree in advance the procedures and processes necessary for compensation of damages, in order to ensure as little involvement of the client as possible and to make the compensation of damages as simple as possible
- Provide assistance when reporting damage to the insurer
- Control the entire process, from application to compensation
- If necessary, with their own experience, hire experts to assess the cause and amount of damage
